A Salesforce Lightning bot says "Unfortunately, no agents are available now. Would you like to create a ticket, so an agent can follow up with you later?"

A poor example of confirmations:
The Trailhead Help bot says "Hooray! You just connected your email to Trailhead" followed by the Party emoji.
